Speaking to Law360, Ned discusses his work in scoring the historic $1 billion cash settlement for former Dell Technologies Inc. stockholders, other recent victories in Delaware's Chancery Court, why he's a securities attorney, and his advice for junior attorneys.

In discussing the Dell settlement, Ned reflected, "That was a huge achievement, [and] I think in a lot of ways, not something that any of us really believed possible in terms of a settlement, given that that case was resolved a few weeks before trial.”
